Washington Township is offering the following item for sale: 1987 Reynolds trailer, tank, power washer and accessories.

The items may be viewed at the Washington Township DPW Garage at 11800 Edinboro Road, Edinboro, PA 16412 (814) 734-3117, between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M., M-F. Bids must be submitted online at www.municibid.com by 1:00 P.M. on April 3, 2012 and will be awarded during the April 3, 2012 Council Meeting.  Washington Township Council reserves the right to reject or except any and all bids deemed to be in the best interest of the residents of Washington Township.

Upcoming public hearings

Washington Township Council will conduct the following Public Hearings during the regular monthly meeting on Tuesday, March 20, 2012 at the Washington Township Administration Building, 11800 Edinboro Road, Edinboro, PA 16412 to amends the Code of Washington Township for the following:

Set Water Street Extension speed limit at 35 mph

Amend the Commercial LERTA to include in all C-1 and B-1 zoned properties

Copies of the proposed ordinances are available for public review at the Township administration Building at 11800 Edinboro Road, Edinboro, PA 16412 from 7:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday.

Township Council

First Tuesday of every month at 7:00 PM

The bi-monthly Meetings at 4:00 PM on the third Tuesday of every month.

Workshops, as needed, on the fourth Wednesday of every month at 4:00 P.M., with the exception of February 15th, which will be held on February 16th.

No meeting on April 19th. May 17th meetings will be held on May 18th, and November 1st meetings will be held on November 2nd, 2011.
